Company Profile
Amega Precess Management Pte Ltd was incorporated in 2012 to provide the design and consultancy services for buildings and solar power plants, including lightning protection system for hazardous plants and critical installations. This covers the operation and maintenance of electrical installations and backup supply for generators and Uninterrupted Power Supply.
We offer feasibility study, power system and engineering studies, energy modelling and estimate, regulatory requirements and interconnection schemes, operation and maintenances. We also offer the design and consultancy service for battery energy storage system, charging stations for electric vehicles, solar power plants including floating and ground mounted installation of utilities scale and roof mounted for commercial and industrial.

Founder & Managing Director
Er. Teo Chor Kok is the visionary founder of Amega Precess Management, established in 2012, bringing over four decades of unparalleled expertise in the power and energy industry. Renowned for his mastery in the design, operation, and maintenance of both low and high voltage electrical networks, Er. Teo has earned a reputation as a true industry leader. His contributions extend far beyond business leadership, as a Board Member of the Professional Engineers Board (2015-2017) and a Committee Member of the Institute of Engineers Singapore, he played a pivotal role in shaping the future of the engineering profession.
Under his exceptional leadership, Amega Precess Management has established itself as a trusted leader in the industry, consistently providing innovative, custom solutions that meet the unique needs of clients. Director
As an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) and Licensed Electrical Engineer (LEE), Er. Tan Kok Ann brings over 30 years of invaluable experience in the energy sector, with a deep specialisation in renewable energy and power engineering. A graduate of the National University of Singapore in 1991, where he majored in Power, Er. Tan further strengthened his expertise with an MBA in 2000. He joined Amega Process Management in 2017 and has been leading the company since April 2022, driving its growth and innovation.
With an extensive and diverse career in the power and solar PV industries, Er. Tan has successfully navigated a broad range of sectors, including utilities, defence, EPC, and solar inverter supply across the Asia Pacific region. His exceptional knowledge and leadership extend beyond business. Er. Tan is a respected member of the Professional Engineers Board and the Institute of Engineers Singapore. A Certified Construction Safety Project Manager and Risk Management professional, he oversees the design, operation, and maintenance of electrical networks with an unwavering commitment to excellence, ensuring the highest standards in every project he leads.
Among his notable achievements, Er. Tan served as the Project & Technical Advisor to a consortium for the development of a 60MWp ground-mounted grid-connected PV system in Bangladesh. He also led the design, simulation, equipment sizing, selection, supply, installation, and commissioning of a 123.824kWp grid-connected PV system on a landfill in Malaysia. Additionally, Er. Tan successfully managed the project implementation of underground cable tunnels for transmission cables in Singapore, ensuring the smooth execution of these complex projects.
Senior Advisor (Transmission and Distribution)
Er. Chew Min Lip is a highly esteemed specialist in Ultra High Voltage at Amega Precess Management, bringing over 34 years of unparalleled expertise in network planning, engineering, and the maintenance of high-voltage transmission and distribution networks up to 400kV. With a distinguished career that spans decades, Er. Chew retired from Singapore Power (SP) in 2019, where he served as the Managing Director of Special Projects. In this pivotal role, he led groundbreaking initiatives, including the replacement of submarine cable circuits between Singapore and Malaysia and the installation of Singapore’s first 230kV underground substation.
As a registered Professional Engineer and Licensed Electrical Engineer, Er. Chew earned a First-Class Honours degree in Electrical Engineering, further honing his leadership skills through senior management programs at NUS and Temasek Management Services. His contributions to the industry are unparalleled, having served on numerous industry boards and offering his vast expertise in ultra-high voltage systems. Er. Chew’s exceptional track record in managing complex, large-scale projects continue to set new benchmarks in the power and energy sector.
Senior Advisor (Energy Management)
Mr. Tan Pua Yong is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of expertise and a distinguished career. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Singapore (1973) and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering (1979). As a registered Professional Engineer, licensed Electrical Engineer (up to 66kV), and a Singapore Certified Energy Manager, Mr. Tan has earned a reputation for his exceptional technical proficiency and leadership. With over 50 years of invaluable experience, he has made significant contributions to the operation and maintenance of high-voltage electrical equipment, chemical manufacturing, and energy management projects. Prior to joining the Group, he was a Senior Engineer at the Public Utilities Board, where his expertise and dedication played a key role in shaping the industry.
